With a collaborated model American Steel could present exact material costs at final bid time by itemizing ever single piece (verifiable as it will relate to named members) and the lowest prices from suppliers. Doing so would ensure that the presented costs are as accurate as detailing is required to be.
This same collaborated model would be the basis for labor applications and similar reports could be generated for verification if required. It would be our intent to be as open about this process as possible. With that intent we would submit the following labor rates to be used in final pricing.
